If gathering information for customer service or confirming model information to complete product registration, information can be easily accessed in the settings of your TV.

Note

The Total Power On Time information may not be available in some models.

  • [WebOS 22 – WebOS 5.0] Press the Setting settings button button on the TV remote and select [All Settings] → [Support ] → [TV Information] → [Total Power On Time].
  • [WebOS 4.5 or older] Press the Setting settings button button on the TV remote and select [All Settings] → [General] → [About This TV] → [TV Information].

WebOS 24 / WebOS 23

1Turn on the TV and press the settings button button on your LG TV remote.

2Select the [Gear Icon] to open the Settings Menu.

3Select [Support] then select [TV Information].

4 [Total Power On Time] would provide the TV's power on time.
