Using HDMI connection for models with HDMI ports
Connecting a camcorder
Small camcorders commonly used at home are equipped with a mini HDMI port, allowing you to connect them to a TV.
This feature proves particularly useful when using the TV screen in place of the viewfinder during shooting or when viewing previously recorded images.
By connecting a camcorder with a mini HDMI port to an HD TV, you can enjoy the recordings on your TV in HD picture quality.
Connecting a DSLR camera
If your DSLR camera supports HD recording, you can also enjoy the recordings on your TV in HD picture quality.
Instead, you will need an HDMI-to-mini HDMI cable to connect these devices to your TV.
