LG TVs are equipped with a startup/shutdown sounds that is produced based on the TV's volume level. This function can be disabled/enabled in the Accessibility settings of your LG TV.
Try This
The volume level of the startup/shutdown sound is scaled with the TV volume setting.
Select the button on your TV remote, select [All Settings] → [General] → [Accessibility], and toggle [TV Power Sound] to On or Off.
1 Press the [Settings] button on your TV remote.
In the quicksettings menu, select the [Settings] icon.
2 Select [General], then select [Accessibility].
3 Toggle [TV Power Sound] to OFF to disable the startup/shutdown sound.

Changing [TV Power On/Off Sound] in the Settings menu
Press the button on your TV remote, select [All Settings] → [General] → [Additional Settings], and set [TV Power On/Off Sound] to On or Off.
1 Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on your TV remote.
Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu.
2 In [Accessibility], set [TV Power On/Off Sound] to Off to disable the startup/shutdown sounds.
