How to get the model number
There are 3 different ways to get the model number depending on your needs, lets start with the simplest.

Hotkey Menu
If the remote and the TV are working, this is the fastest way to get the model number.
1Exit all internal menus and apps to the LG TV.
2Press the
button repeatedly on the LG TV remote until [Select a menu item] pops up on the screen.
3If done correctly, the menu will appear with the TV information.

Settings Menu
If the remote and the TV are working, this is the long way to get the model number.
Note- WebOS 24 – WebOS 5.0: Press the setting button on your remote control and select [All Settings] → [Support] → [TV Information].
- WebOS 4.5 or older: Press the setting button on your remote control and select [All Settings] → [General] → [About this TV] → [TV Information].

1Turn on the TV and press the
button on your LG TV remote.
2Select [Gear Icon] to open the Settings menu.
3Select [Support].
4Then select [TV Information].
