Digital broadcasting services have two types of channels: physical (e.g., channel #7) and virtual channels (e.g., 7-1, 7-2, 7-3,...). This channel composition strategy ensures anybody can access the same channels wherever they are in the country. If you have an extra digital antenna connected to your TV for additional channels, you may have some duplicated channels (e.g., two or more channels numbered as 6-1).Try This
Do you have duplicated channels?
➔ Go to Settings and open [Edit Channels] to remove the duplicates.

Press the
button on the TV remote and select [All Settings] → [General] → [Broadcasting Channels] → [Manage Channels] → [Edit Channel List].
Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on your TV remote.
Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu.
Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu.
1. Select [Broadcasting Channels] in [General].
2. Select [Manage Channels].
3. Select [Edit Channel List].
4. Select a duplicate channel from [Edit Channel List] and select Delete.
