LG TV - How to Use the Game Optimizer

At a Glance

• When connecting the game console to HDMI, the TV is supposed to turn “ON” the game optimization function by automatically recognizing the game console function information.
  But it may not automatically recognize depending on the game device or the connection input terminal.
• You can use the [Game Dashboard] function by setting the menu to activate the game optimization function when connecting to a device (e.g. PC) without passing the “game” information from the input terminal.

How to set up game dashboard

➔ Setting up game dashboard on [2022 WebOS 22]

Press the button on the remote control and select [All Settings] → [General] → [Game Optimizer] → [ON].

1. Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on the remote control.
From [Settings], select [All Settings].

2. Select [Game Optimizer] from [General]

3. Set [Game Optimizer] to [ON].

4. Press the [ ] button on the remote control again and the [Game Dashboard] will be displayed on the screen.

Note

If the game dashboard does not appear

Please make sure you pressed the button, selected [Picture Mode] and changed it to [Game Optimizer].

How to set the game dashboard from the Settings menu by year

[2021 WebOS6.0] Press the button on the remote control and change [Picture Mode] to [Game Optimizer] → Change [Game Optimizer] to [ON], then press the button on the remote control

※ If your remote control does not have the [ ] button, press the Home [ ] button, and select Settings [ ] on the screen.
