The TV won’t turn off with the TV remote control?
➔ Turn off the TV power with the power button on the main unit.
The location of the button varies depending on the model, so please refer to the user manual.
If the following prompt appears when the power button is pressed, press and hold the button for more than 3 seconds.
Doing so will turn off the power.
If the power button works okay, check if the remote control battery has run out or if the remote control works normally.
The TV won't turn off with the set-top box remote control?
➔ Try pairing the set-top box remote control with your TV again.
Check if you can turn off your TV with the TV remote control. If your TV remote works okay, reset the set-top box remote control.
Set-top box remote controls have different pairing mechanisms depending on the communications carrier. Please contact your carrier for detailed instructions.
The TV won’t turn off with the power button?
➔ Disconnect the TV power cord, wait for 1 minute, and connect it again.
This problem may be caused by a temporary malfunction of the power circuit.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the TV and then plug it back in.
If the power button does not work after reconnecting the power cord, contact our service technician for a diagnosis and precise check.
