LG TV – Troubleshooting the YouTube App

  • Troubleshooting

At a Glance

Many LG Smart TVs come preloaded with the YouTube app. If the app isn’t functioning properly, it can be caused by an internet issue, the software needs to be updated, or the user agreements have not been accepted.

Note :

YouTube and YouTube TV are two separate applications. If you are experiencing problems with the YouTube TV app, please see our LG TV - Troubleshooting Premium Apps article for further assistance.
