How to use the chatbot
1. Press the [Settings] button on the remote control. On the menu that appears on the left, select the Chatbot icon at the top to open the Chatbot dialog.
2. Alternatively: Press the [ Home ] button on the remote control. Select [Accessibility] from the menu that appears, then [Chatbot] to open the chatbot dialog.
On the chatbot interface, use the pointer and directional keys on your remote control to select the category of your inquiry.
Once the issue is selected, the chatbot will autonomously operate the TV's functions to detect any abnormalities.
The chatbot also provides device information, user manuals, quick help, and more through an additional menu.
