How to Access Quick Help – WebOS 24 / WebOS 23
1Turn on the TV and press the button on your LG TV remote.
2Select the [Gear Icon] to open the Settings Menu.
3Select [Support].
4Then select [Quick Help].
5Once selected, you can access [Optimize], [Check Items], or [LG Remote Service].
Optimize: This setting will give you recommended changes to help improve the picture and sound settings.
Check Items: The TV will perform and evaluation on the selected internal component selected from the list and identify any failures.
LG Remote Service: Get an access code to grant a LG Support agent access to your LG TV for diagnosing and troubleshooting issues.
You will have to review and accept term and conditions prior to the code being provided.
How to Access Quick Help on older OS:
- [2022 WebOS 22 / WebOS 21]: Press the setting button on your TV remote and select [All Settings] → [Support] → [Quick Help].
- [2020 WebOS 5.0 or older]: Press the setting button on your TV remote and select [All Settings] → [Support] → [Quick Help].
