At a Glance
Most smartphones can utilize the NFC (Near Field Communication) Tag On function option to connect to the ThinQ app to perform smart diagnosis, download additional cycles, and for viewing product usage details.
In order to use the Tag On feature the product must have the logo.

Selecting the device to connect to
1Select “+” or “Add Devices” to get started.
2Select “Add device without Wi-Fi or Bluetooth”.
3Select the product type you want to add.
Ensuring NFC is turned on
1Locate the Tag On logo on your device, and follow the on screen prompts to activate NFC in your Smartphone settings.
Compleating the installation
1Return to the ThinQ app and place your Smartphone on/near Tag On logo on device.
NoteThis setup time may vary depending on signal quality and strength.
2Once complete, the device will be added to the Home page.
