The process for opening and closing the Signature SideKick™ washing machine door and drawer is different than on other models and is designed to be opened by pressing the door without using a handle.
Try this
1. The washing machine door and drawer are designed to use a high amount of pressure to operate.
(Each individual may feel differently about the sensitivity when opening and closing, but this is not a defect.)
2. The door can be easily opened by pressing the (O) mark on the washing machine door and drawer.
3. When closing the washing machine door, push the (O) mark until a click is heard.
