Moisture or Condensation on Outside

  • Troubleshooting

At a Glance

Moisture buildup on the exterior of the unit can be caused by the door not being closed properly, dirty or worn door gaskets, or high temperature or humidity levels from the installation environment.

Try This

  1. Check the Door Gaskets

1 If the door gasket is stained with foreign objects, such as food, its stickiness may hinder adhesion and the door may not close properly. Wipe the door gasket with a hot steamed towel and clean it using a toothbrush or sponge with detergent.
