Most overcooking or undercooking problems with your oven can be caused by the incorrect cooking mode, rack position, or the size of the items being cooked.

Check the Cooking Mode Temperature Settings
Convection cooking modes will lower the set temperature by 25°F, (ex. 350°F will be set to 325°F), due to Convection Auto Conversion.
Resolution:
1Select the non-convection cooking mode.
2Increase the oven temperature by 25°F if the recipe requires a specific temperature.
3Disable the Convection Auto Conversion feature.

Adjust the Oven Rack Position
Center pans on racks for best baking results. If baking with more than one pan, place the pans so that each one has at least 1" to 11/2" of air space around it.

(If applicable) Remove Aluminum Foil from Oven Racks and/or Base
It is NOT recommended to cover the racks with any materials such as aluminum foils. This will hinder even heat distribution.

Ensure Proper Preheating is Done
Preheating is necessary when using convection bake and for good results when baking cakes, cookies, pastry and bread.

Adjust the Oven’s Thermostat Settings
If the unit is cooler or takes longer cooking than your previous unit, the oven's thermostat settings can be adjusted to better meet your satisfaction.
How to Adjust the Oven Thermostat:
1Press and hold [CLOCK] for 3 seconds, then press [CLOCK] repeatedly until [PrE] appears in the display.
2Press + / - to turn the light on/off.
3Press [START] to accept the change.
Raise or lower the thermostat using the first adjustment as a gauge. For example, if the adjustment was too much, raise or lower the thermostat 10 ℉ (5 ℃). If the adjustment was not enough, raise or lower the thermostat 20 ℉ (12 ℃). Proceed in this way until the oven is adjusted to your satisfaction.
