Audio problems with the optical connection are normally caused by a faulty cable, poor connection, or improper sound settings.
Try This
➜Confirm the input function of the sound bar is set to optical.
Pressing the input button on the sound bar or remote should display the current input function.
➜Confirm the optical cable is inserted properly into the sound bar and the TV.
If you try to connect it with excessive force, the terminal may become damaged.
➜Confirm the TV's Sound Out setting is set to Optical.
1Press the [Settings] button on the remote, then select [All Settings].
2Select [Sound] → [Sound Out].
3Select [Use Wired Speaker].
4Select [Optical Out Device].
