At a Glance
When ice is dispensed from the dispenser of the water purifier refrigerator, some residue ice may remain at the ice outlet.
As the residue ice melts, water or ice will drip into the water tray.
In addition, after getting water from the dispenser, a drop or two of water may drip.
This is the same principle as when the faucet does not immediately and completely stop water flowing after turning off the faucet.
Try this
Wait a moment before removing the cup after dispensing water.
➔ After receiving water from the dispenser, wait about a second before removing the cup to catch any late water drips.
Use a cup with a wide rim if the water or ice splatters during dispensing.
➔ When using a cup with a small diameter (68mm or less, measured on the inside), water may splash out of the cup or the cup may not be able to catch it all properly.
It is recommended that a cup with a wider rim is used.
