LG Corp PR Q4 LG Premium Service
We are using advertorial space booked via Havas in Business Tech to amplify this, but do want to gain as much traction as possible through media pitching. We are aiming to go live from 20 November, notes below on what we are trying to achieve through this messaging.
• This is a service that we offer to consumer electronics end consumers who buy the most premium models and includes free delivery and installation as well as expert
technician support with in-home training on how to use the product.• We want to use this as a brand differentiator and promote it as a part of our service offering going forward (evergreen content)
• The audience is consumer electronics / brand - premium consumers for TV, AV and HA and aspirational for consumers who are buying in the lower tiers of our product
ranges• We have this on offer already, but are refreshing the design as it is quite old and we need to increase awareness as it is not well known at all. See below the old creative; we
are updating the models and creative concept. We are building a new webpage and adding a navigation button on LG.com under support. I will share all with you once
