I initially posted a very negative review, which I withdrew. My review was not about the product as such, but about the after sales service at a specific workshop.

This microwave oven gets 5 stars. Any appliance can of course break down at any stage - hence the warranty. After two years the magnatron gave in. I took the microwave to the local repairer. I was told to pay certain fees, because certain parts were out of warranty. view More

I queried this on this website, and I was given the WhatsApp line to chat to management. They immediately responded very positively and said they will evaluate the repair quotation. The repair was authorised under warranty (magnatron - 10 years).

I collected the microwave oven today and I am very pleased with everything. It still looks brand new. And sounds perfect - no noises present anymore that were audible in the past.

Regarding LG top structure and customer service, excellent! They certainly care about the customer. Hide Review

I wouldnt recommend this product
Rubbish product
Bought 2 of these units within 12 months of each other. Both packed up. Stopped heating. Seems to be a common issue with LG microwaves. Size and features are otherwise best in class. It’s a pity that they are so unreliable.
