         Cause

Unable to access the Google Play Store or download app on Google Play Store

         How to fix

1.     Go to Apps

2.     Open Settings

3.     Open General - Apps

4.     Swype left and go to ALL

5.     Select the Google Play store and then tap Clear data:

6.     Select the Google Service Framework and then tap Clear data

7.     Reboot the device

8.     Visit Menu > Settings > Applications again.

9.     Tab over ALL

10. Select the Google Play store app, and then tap Clear data again
