Can you help me find a product?

  • You can browse our product offerings on LG Electronics SA using two easy methods:

    • Search for products by entering a few words in the search bar found near the top of any page on the website. Enter the type of product e.g. microwave, fridge. View the search results and select the product you are looking for.
    • You can also use the category menu to find specific products across different categories, like TVs, Audio/Video, Home Appliances and more.

    With both methods, you can refine your search results by using the various filters.

  • You can find details for each product on the product page. This can be found in the Specs and Key Features sections of the page. This will include features as well as specifications which will provide you with dimensions and various other information pertaining to the product.

  • Registering on lg.com/za is easy. To get started you’ll need an email address and a mobile contact number.

    Your password must be a combination of more than 8 characters with at least 3 of these components: upper-case and lower-case letters, numbers, and special characters.
