LG DIOS dishwasher - The Tub Clean icon illuminates.

After 30 cycles, the Tub Clean icon will flash during the next wash. Use the Steam Tub Clean or Tub Clean function to remove contaminants, odors, white stains, and residue inside the dishwasher.

Dish Loading Height Adjustment
The rack heights and spaces can be easily adjusted to fit both large pots and small dishes.

How to set up the Tub Clean reminder

Press the Express button for 3 seconds while the power is on to set up or cancel the function.
The Tub Clean icon will not reappear for the next 30 cycles.

Cleaning using citric acid

You can use citric acid/vinegar/special detergent.

① Take all dishes out of the dishwasher.

Fill up the detergent dispenser located inside the door of the dishwasher with a dedicated cleaner or citric acid powder.
Push the lid until a “click” is heard.

③ Close the door of the dishwasher, press the [Power] button, and then press and hold the [Heavy] button for approximately 3 seconds to select the Steam Tub Clean cycle.
The Tub Clean cycle will start when you press the [Start] button and close the door.

Cleaning using vinegar

① Take all dishes out of the dishwasher.

② Place a bowl containing 200 to 300ml of vinegar at the center of the uppermost rack.
