LG Front Load Washer - How to enable or disable CL(Child Lock)

What do the letters CL mean?

CL stands for Child Lock, a safety feature that locks the control panel to prevent accidental changes during a cycle. When enabled, only the power button works, and all other buttons are inactive. To adjust settings or change the cycle, Child Lock must be disabled first.

To enable or disable the Child Lock feature, refer to your product's user manual, as the exact method may vary by model. If the display shows "CL" or a lock icon, this indicates that the Child Lock is activated. To disable it, press and hold the button marked with a lock icon or labeled [*Child Lock] for at least 3 seconds.
