Sound output switching between devices connected via Multi-Point
When your TONE Free is simultaneously connected to two devices using the Multi-Point function, TONE Free may stop playing music on your current device in order to play sound from the other device, such as a notification sound or a touch sound.
After the sound has played, music from your primary device will continue playing.
This feature of Multi-Point may make it seem like media playback is intermittently interrupted.
What to do if you need to constantly receive notifications on one device
- Put the secondary device on silent so that no notification or touch sounds are sent.
- Alternatively, end Multi-Point connection on the device from which you do not need to receive notifications through your wireless earphones.
- System notification that occurs when a charging cable is connected may occur regardless of phone settings.
