What is the AI Dry cycle?
The AI cycle is a cycle that dries clothing to its optimal condition according to its characteristics.
- This cycle detects the weight, material, and humidity of the laundry, and automatically sets up the most adequate temperature and drying time.
- It automatically adjusts the drying time as the changing characteristics of the laundry are detected.
Principle of the AI Dry cycle
➔ The AI Dry cycle is composed in the order of Detection of clothing weight → Detection of clothing conditions during drying → Determine clothing → Adjustment of drying time → Completion after drying.
The clothing condition during drying is detected through an infrared sensor and a humidity sensor, and the weight, material, and dried state are determined through detected values.
Following that, the drying time is adjusted to suit the clothing, and the clothing is dried under the optimal conditions.
※ The infrared sensor is located in the upper part of the drum, and the humidity sensor is located at the back of the area where the filter is inserted.
Try this
Load 5kg or less of mixed clothing.
➔ If you load clothing exceeding 5kg of clothing of the same type, the drying time may increase compared to the Standard/Dedicated cycle, or the laundry may not be dried completely.
For laundry with a dedicated cycle, we recommend using the dedicated cycle.
