[ER(E) FF/rF] appears on the LED lamp display.
It is an error code for an abnormality in the freezer/refrigerator compartment fan motor and product inspection is necessary.
Try this
1. If the app fails to work properly after the update, then completely delete it, install it again, and reset the power supply.
2. After the update, the app works normally, but if the connected product has been deleted, please connect the product again.
3. Check the type of security for the router.
WPA2 setting is recommended.
In case of WEP security type with open security or no product registration, then the connection can be frequently lost even if the product is registered.
If the router and the product are very far away from each other, or in the case of EMI due to the surroundings, then the signal condition will be poor and the connection can be lost.
If you use the Wi-Fi of a neighboring house or a random Wi-Fi nearby, the connection between the LG ThinQ app and product will not be established properly due to unstable communication.
It is recommended that the distance between the router and the product be within 10m.
As the distance increases, stable communication becomes impossible, and the LG ThinQ app and the product will not interface properly.
※ If the product is in the living room and the user with a mobile phone is in another room, the signal has to go through the wall or door, thus reception rate can be degraded.
If there are any metal objects or objects that interfere with communication near the router, stable communication will not be possible and the LG ThinQ app and product will not interface properly.
