How to Enroll in the Smart A/C Program

  • Setup the ThinQ App

    Download the ThinQ app, then log into your account and pair your LG smart air conditioner.

  • Account Registration

    Enter your information to create an account with the Program.

  • Device Registration

    Add your LG smart air conditioner device information to your Program account.

  • Verification

    The system will verify your data and let you know when registration is complete.
