Subwoofer broke within the 1st year
Waste of money BTW this speaker is not cheap subwoofer is no good and unavailable to replace so frustrating

Subwoofer broke, no solutions.
Disappointed with the quality of this set. The subwoofer stopped working after 2 years. I cannot replace it with anything, since it is a proprietary system. LG discontinued this set because it was such low quality, and I can't find any solutions. My only choice is to repair the entire soundbar, subwoofer, and rear speakers.
No warranty fix, no subs on market to buy, no solutions. ugh.

Do NOT recommend
Connectivity issues from the start. Had to keep turning tv off & on to get the bar to sync to it. 15 months later sound bar does not work anymore. Makes a weird noise & then completely cuts out. It had done this off & on before but now this is all it does. Very disappointed!
