Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fridge so far Great fridge. Love the "cheese drawer" being the width of the fridge. Also love the alarm that goes off if fridge or freezer are open too long. Did quite a bit of research before buying; this model seems like a winner.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Refrigerator Flawed by Botched Installation A large appliance is only as good as the installation. LG contracted with LX Pantos USA for final mile delivery and it was very poor. The french doors came loose immediately and would not close properly. The unit was not leveled properly. I spend the better part of the week with customer service to address the adjustments and installation issues. Customer service sent two informative videos. I even had to supply the PEX ice maker line, because the installation crew did not have an adequate length. I have yet been able to register my appliance because the LG website does not recognize the serial number. Customer service claims to have registered the refrigerator for me, but my LG account does not reflect the change. As for the refrigerator, I am enjoying the see through door and feature that allows a knock to see contents without opening the french compartment. Bottom freezer is very spacious and refrigerator compartment very well designed. I look forward to loading both sections up for my Thanksgiving meal, which will test the capacity.
