Poor Repair Service
I bought the over the range microwave the end of July. Unfortunately it stopped working at the end of October. Enjoyed the features until they stopped.
Everything work except it would not heat food or liquids. Many calls for service finally resulted in repair in early December and eventual failure the day after repair. At this point, after 2nd service call the unit is still not fixed. I am now waiting for parts.
Needless to say, I am not very happy with the unit or the LG repair services. I have called Customer service numerous times. Each time I was promised service and then repair appointment was canceled because the service was over booked in the day of the appointment. Each time I had cleared my schedule from 8 am until 5 pm for naught. This is unacceptable.
I believe I deserve some kind of renumeration for my experience. $500 would be nice

How do I change out the interior light?
We don't have access to the service manual for replacing the interior light bulb of the LG 1.8 cu. ft. Over-the-Range Microwave (Model # MVEM1825F), but here's a general guide. First, unplug the microwave or turn off the power supply to ensure safety. Open the door and remove the screws securing the top grille. Carefully pull the grille down to detach it and remove the charcoal filter if present. Locate the lamp cover, lift it, and unscrew the old bulb. When handling the new bulb, wear gloves to protect it from oils or grease on your hands and thread it securely into the socket.
Reassemble by inserting the lamp cover tab into the slot, lowering it into place, and sliding the charcoal filter back in. Ensure it’s secure before snapping the top grille back into position, aligning the support tabs with the slots. Finally, rethread the screws to secure the grille. Does this item-30" InstaView® Gas Range - 5.8 cu. ft. - LRGL5825F operate on LPG or is there a conversion kit available and if so what is the part number?
Hey there! Great question. Our LG Gas ranges are designed to operate on natural gas. However, all of our gas ranges come with LP Conversion Kits available for installation. For LP gas, the regulator must receive a pressure between 10″ and 13″ of water column. When verifying the regulator’s proper function, ensure that the inlet pressure is at least 1″ higher than the specified operating (manifold) pressure. It is shipped with the blower assembled for room venting. You need to adjust the blower if you want wall-venting or roof-venting installation...^Ivan.

Did you mean an Over-the-Range Microwave oven or a Countertop Microwave oven?
We will need some clarification about what you are referring to as an "over-the-counter microwave"
If it is of any help, the LG 1.8 cu. Ft. Over-the-Range Microwave in PrintProof® Stainless Steel, Model # MVEM1825F, like all other LG Over-the-Range Microwave Ovens, can be vented through the wall, through the roof, or in the room (recirculating mode).
Roof-venting and Wall-venting require ductwork to vent externally. Room-venting does not.
Our Countertop Microwave Ovens do not require external venting, but they need a clearance of at least 4 inches around them for proper ventilation...^Ivan.
