Poor Repair Service
I bought the over the range microwave the end of July. Unfortunately it stopped working at the end of October. Enjoyed the features until they stopped.
Everything work except it would not heat food or liquids. Many calls for service finally resulted in repair in early December and eventual failure the day after repair. At this point, after 2nd service call the unit is still not fixed. I am now waiting for parts.
Needless to say, I am not very happy with the unit or the LG repair services. I have called Customer service numerous times. Each time I was promised service and then repair appointment was canceled because the service was over booked in the day of the appointment. Each time I had cleared my schedule from 8 am until 5 pm for naught. This is unacceptable.
I believe I deserve some kind of renumeration for my experience. $500 would be nice

How do I change out the interior light?
We don't have access to the service manual for replacing the interior light bulb of the LG 1.8 cu. ft. Over-the-Range Microwave (Model # MVEM1825F), but here's a general guide. First, unplug the microwave or turn off the power supply to ensure safety. Open the door and remove the screws securing the top grille. Carefully pull the grille down to detach it and remove the charcoal filter if present. Locate the lamp cover, lift it, and unscrew the old bulb. When handling the new bulb, wear gloves to protect it from oils or grease on your hands and thread it securely into the socket.
Reassemble by inserting the lamp cover tab into the slot, lowering it into place, and sliding the charcoal filter back in. Ensure it’s secure before snapping the top grille back into position, aligning the support tabs with the slots. Finally, rethread the screws to secure the grille. Here are the recommended clearances for proper installation: Front Clearance: Ensure at least 24 inches (610 mm) in front of the refrigerator to fully open the doors and drawers. Back Clearance: Maintain a distance of at least 2 inches (50.8 mm) between the back of the refrigerator and the wall for proper airflow. Side Clearance: While specific side clearance dimensions aren’t provided, we recommend leaving at least 1 inch (25.4 mm) on each side to ensure adequate ventilation. Standard kitchen countertops are 36" from the floor, so the cooktop surface for the LG 6.3 cu Ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled True Convection InstaView® Electric Range with Air Fry, Model # LREL6325F, and all other LG range ovens is also 36 " high, so it is flush with standard kitchen countertops.
Regardless of brand or manufacturer, that is the industry standard for the height of cooktop surfaces on range ovens and for standard kitchen countertops...^Ivan.

The ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 36-inch Wide 27 cu. Ft. Smart Counter-Depth MAX™ French Door Refrigerator, Model # LRFLC2706S, is not delivered with the doors disassembled.
If the doors have to be removed so you can move it sideways through through a narrow opening, be sure to let the delivery company know that the doors will have to be removed so they bring the proper tools.
The refrigerator has a depth of 24.75" without the doors and a depth of 29.12" without the handles...^Ivan.
