LG AC Academy Holds Training Course for Dealers and Distributors in Jordan

Amman, Jordan (March 2012) – LG AC Academy held a training course for its distributors and dealers in Jordan “Load Calculation Training”. LG aims to promote trainees technical and professional information, and to enrich their expertise in key points of sale.

The academy developed the course to enhance the capabilities of dealers, and distributors from sales managers, product managers, promoters, and sales representatives from major points of sale in the Kingdom, giving them an overview regarding the basic technical systems in AC, and the ability to calculate load both cooling and heating. In addition to developing their skills, and information regarding LG AC, in regards to its various designs, this in turn will increase their confidence in the LG product, and improves their technical sales skills, especially in promoting and selling to customers.  

From his end Eng. Hussam Ebbini, Director of LG AC Academy, said, “This course is part of LG’s strategy to enhance skills, and professionalism of distributors and dealers. This stems from LG’s belief in reinforcing their expertise, which no doubt, will reflect on our clients confidence in LG’s proficiency. Furthermore, this will promote LG’s strategy, and endorse both short and long term sale plans”.

The LG AC Academy has achieved great success since it was established in 2010. The Academy has since trained more than 1000 trainees who come from different fields; students, and engineers, technical personnel from various sectors, contractors, consultants, and developers from Jordan and the Middle East.

The academy also features a showroom for the latest LG technologies in AC, lighting, and solar power. The facility includes a conference and training room; both fully equipped with the latest LG central AC MultiV, in addition to networks that enable trainees to experience hands-on technical training.
