LG 12KG Fully Automatic Inverter Washing Machine SET TO FIRE

I recently bought an LG 12KG Fully Automatic Inverter Washing Machine (Model T2312VSAM) from Abans Elite in Kadawatha. I chose LG because of its renowned reputation and long-term durability, even though it required paying a bit more compared to other products in the market.
I purchased the machine through installment payments, and I am currently making monthly payments for it.

On April 9th, 2024, the washing machine stopped functioning properly during a wash cycle. After confirming that the power outlet was working fine, I reached out to the LG authorized repair service, Abans Service Center in Wellawatta. They promptly opened a service request under the job number SOLGWM090424F0293.

Afterward, on April 10th, 2024, I received a call from a technician at the Gampaha branch of Abans Service Center.
10th April 2024, the technician visited our premises and struggled for over 30 minutes to open the back panel of the washing machine. At that moment, I began to doubt his level of experience, and I worried that he might inadvertently damage the machine.
I was present at that time, and I observed that the washing machine has two main circuit boards: one located on the front control panel and the other on the back, known as the fuse circuit board.
He discovered that the fuse on the back fuse circuit had gone out using a multimeter.

He attempted to solder a copper wire to bypass the fuse on the power line. However, I intervened and requested him to conduct proper troubleshooting to determine why the fuse had blown out. I also suggested replacing the fuse board if necessary and assured him that I would cover the costs.
However, he disregarded my request and proceeded to solder a copper wire to bypass the Safety fuse. When he turned on the power, the back fuse board caught fire, emitting a significant amount of smoke, and the front control circuit board was also affected.

At that moment, he assured me he would follow up and promptly left our premises. Over the following days, he contacted me again, stating that there was an issue with the inverter motor, which had caused the incident. He requested to return to our location to take a photo of the motor's serial number in order to process the warranty claim.

He comes back and taken motor photo and went out. After that he called me again on 19th April 2024 and he said washing machine moter will be provided free of charge asked pay LKR 53,828 to replace the circuit boards which he has burend out. At that time, I have asked for a repair estimate or qoutation for that repair. But he said they will not provide that. But call center of Abans Service Center Wellawatta has confirmed they will provide repair estimates before the repair.

Afterward, I made over 30 phone calls, explaining my situation to different agents and managers. I invested a significant amount of time patiently explaining the issue each time, often waiting on hold to speak with them. However, the only response I received was assurances that they would investigate and call me back within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I never received any of these promised callbacks.
As a well-known and reputable company in Sri Lanka, I kindly request to escalate this matter to a responsible individual who can provide a solution. I have endured a lengthy wait, and I am unable to bear this pressure any longer. Please try to understand my situation and assist me in resolving this matter promptly. Hide Review

About washing machine
I bought this 2 year before..but washing maching not working 2,3 month before.. we called customer care and send a man to repair.. but not working..they don't have washing machine parts.. very disappointed
