 - TV cannot be connected to PC with Windows 7 via Screen Share.

 

 

■ Checkpoints

 

  1. See if the TV is for 2014 web OS 1.0

 

  2. Press  menu on the remote controller.

  3. Select   setting  on the screen.

  4. Select network.

  5. Check TV name exceeds 31bytes.(Byte: 1 byte per alphabet/number)

■ How to Fix

 

  1. Edit TV name to be under 30 bytes.

  2. Try connecting TV and PC again.
