You may make a return request to us through email at orders@lgsupport.com or call 1-800-243-0000. No Product may be returned to LG without a pre-approved RMA Number. Any Product returned to LG without such pre-approved RMA Number will be shipped back to you at your expense. Soundbar return requests submitted after thirty (30) days of delivery will be subject to an eight percent (8%) restocking fee.
