GPS Troubleshooting - Mobile Phone

If the air conditioner does not power on, possible causes are; power outage in the home tripped the circuit breaker, the outlet that the unit is plugged into does not have power, or the unit may require a repair service.

  1. What issue are you having with your GPS?

    GPS Accuracy No GPS Signal
  2. GPS Is Inaccurate

    Enable High Accuracy GPS Mode

    Swipe down the notification tray and press the Settings icon in the top right.

    Go to the General tab and press Lock Screen and Security.

    Press Location from the menu.

    Press Mode.

    Select High accuracy (GPS and networks) from the list.

  4. Enable Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi Scanning

    Swipe down the notification tray and press the Settings icon in the top right.

    Go to the Network tab.

    Ensure that Wi-Fi is enabled.

    Note: You are not required to connect to a Wi-Fi network.

    Go back to the Settings menu, go to the General tab, and press Lock Screen and Security.

    Press Location from the menu.

    Press Scanning.

    Enable Wi-Fi scanning.

    Swipe down the notification tray and press the Settings icon in the top right.

    Go to the Network tab.

    Disable and Enable Mobile Data.

    Note: If Mobile Data is already disabled, then enable it.

    Go to the General tab and press Lock Screen and Security.

    Press Location from the menu.

    Disable and Enable the Location slider.

    Press Scanning.

    Enable Wi-Fi scanning.

    Go back to the location menu and press Mode.

    Enable High accuracy (GPS and networks).
