Try This
1Open the ThinQ app.
2Select [Add a Device].
3Select [Try Adding Manually].
44. Select [Vacuum Cleaners].
Note
Ensure the device is plugged in before starting.
5Select [Stick Cleaner].
6Select a Wi-Fi network, then select [Connect].
7Follow the on-screen prompt and select [Next].
8Allow the connection process to complete.
9Once complete, Select [Go to Home].
-If successful, the vacuum will show up on the app home screen.
